When you apply via my qualifier form, I collect: your name, email, phone number (if provided), business name, business location, industry, staff size, plan preference, and any free-text notes you give me.

When you visit the site, I use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised analytics data (pages visited, time on page, traffic source). IP addresses are anonymised. I use Google Search Console for search performance data - this only collects search query data, not personal data.

I use the Meta pixel, from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), to measure my advertising. It records the pages you visit on this site and whether you send an application or a homepage preview request, and it uses a cookie to recognise your browser.

When you send either form, I also send Meta your email address, phone number and name in hashed form: each is turned into a one-way code before it leaves, which Meta compares with codes from its own accounts to connect the form to an ad you saw. Nothing else from your form, such as your business details or notes, goes to Meta.

Application data is used to: (a) reply to your application with a written agreement or polite decline; (b) build your website if you proceed; (c) send transactional emails about your build and ongoing care; (d) measure which of my Facebook and Instagram ads lead to applications.

Visits to this site can also be used to show my own ads to people who've been here before, on Facebook and Instagram.

I don't sell your data, and I don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Application data is stored in my email system (Gmail / Workspace) and my CRM. Email transactions are processed via Resend (resend.com), a US-based email API provider with appropriate data processing safeguards.

Website hosting and analytics use Vercel (US), Google Analytics (US), and Google Search Console (US). Advertising measurement uses Meta Platforms (Ireland and US).

Wordpress blog content is hosted in Australia. Client-facing websites I build are hosted in Australia.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information I hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent for ongoing communications at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email chris@loudachris.com.au. I respond within 30 days.

I use Google Analytics 4 cookies for anonymised website analytics. These are first-party cookies under the GA4 / Google Tag Manager standard. You can disable analytics cookies via your browser settings.

I use Meta's advertising cookies (_fbp, and _fbc when you arrive from a Meta ad) to measure my ads and to show them to past visitors. You can block them in your browser settings, and you can control the ads Meta shows you at facebook.com/adpreferences.

Application data: retained for 7 years (Australian Tax Office requirement for service businesses).

Analytics data: GA4's default retention (14 months for user-level data).

Advertising data held by Meta: under Meta's own data policy.
